Ablaze Aesthetics was founded with a vision to redefine what a med spa means for Union and Northern Kentucky. Rachelle, a nurse with over twelve years of clinical experience, created Ablaze to bridge the gap between advanced treatment options and a truly personalized, down-to-earth approach. Unlike high-volume chains, our mission is to guide you on a genuine wellness journey — where your comfort, privacy, and confidence are always at the center.
At Ablaze, the experience is intentionally personal. Clients are welcomed into a private, comfortable setting where questions are encouraged, recommendations are thoughtful, and every treatment plan is built around the individual — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our suite inside Luxe Suites on US-42 is intentionally intimate and unhurried — an exclusive atmosphere that stands apart from the clinical-mall feel of larger providers. From your first complimentary phone consultation to every follow-up, every detail is designed for your wellbeing. Under the medical direction of Tracy Stephens, APRN, and a required Good Faith Exam, our commitment to clinical safety never wavers.

With over twelve years in clinical nursing, Rachelle built Ablaze Aesthetics around a single philosophy: every client deserves to feel completely safe, completely seen, and completely themselves — only more confident. Most who meet her describe her as compassionate, empathetic, and refreshingly genuine.
Her approach to injectables is conservative and artistic. She believes in subtle work that ages beautifully — never overdone, always you. Health and wellness are close to her heart, and she's passionate about boosting confidence in clients of every age and stage.

Tracy Stephens, APRN has been a nurse practitioner for more than twenty years throughout the Northern Kentucky region. Highly experienced in the aesthetic industry, she conducts the Good Faith Exam required prior to every aesthetic treatment at Ablaze Aesthetics.
Tracy and Rachelle collaborate closely on each client's plan of care — reviewing medical history, treatment goals, and protocols to ensure outcomes that are safe, appropriate, and beautifully tailored to the individual.
